DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS
🔹 Step 1: Powder No. 1 (Before Meals)
• Take 1 teaspoon (approx. 3g)
• Mix in 1 glass of lukewarm water
👉 How to take:
• 30 minutes before meals
• Twice daily (morning & evening)
🔹 Step 2: Powder No. 2 (After Meals)
• Take 1 teaspoon (approx. 4g)
• Mix in 1 glass of lukewarm water
👉 How to take:
• 30 minutes after meals
• Twice daily (morning & evening)
🔹 Step 3: Powder No. 3 (External Application)
• Take 3–4 teaspoons of powder
• Mix with water to form a butter-like paste
• Apply properly over the breasts
• Wear tight-fitting clothing after application
👉 How to use:
• Apply at night before sleeping
• Leave overnight
• Wash thoroughly in the morning
👉 Usage:
• Use 5 times a week
